JOE HITCHCOCK Joe has worked in a variety of technical and organisational roles in film and theatre. He has also been involved with television production, film festivals and stencil art. In 2005, his animated student film KISMET, played at SCREAMFEST FILM FESTIVAL in Los Angeles. His experience at the festival inspired the making of Down by the Riverside. Since principal photography on DOWN BY THE RIVERSIDE, Joe has worked on a number of films, as well as co-ordinating the Auckland Human Rights Film Festival.
